How do you approach resolutions and goals in your life? What gets in your way, and what helps keep you on track?
At the start of a new year, many of us set resolutions or refocus on what we think is important. But the real challenge is sticking with them.
Gill goes through phases where she doesn’t set New Year’s resolutions at all because she gets overwhelmed. Melia usually sets resolutions but tends to forget about them a month or two into the year.
This year, we were inspired by Gretchen Rubin and Elizabeth Craft on the Happier podcast to create an “18 for 2018” list. Instead of just picking one resolution, we made a list of 18 goals, big and small, to focus on for the year.
